Easy to use...
1. Inside Microsoft CRM, push "Quick Open in Word -2007" button
2. Select your template
3. Now you can edit your generated document in Word -2007.
4. When finished, press "Save in CRM" button...
In the Save dialog, you can optionally create & open an e-mail activity
with your document attached as a PDF.
DONE! In just a few steps you have created an Office document,
saved it in Microsoft CRM, e-mailed it to your customer as a PDF
and documented this as an e-mail activity!
